Are the Blinds Covered Under a Warranty?
Yes, as part of our commitment to customer service, we offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our products. Our blinds are individually tested so they reach you in perfect condition, but we’re happy to offer a guarantee for complete peace of mind.
There is no requirement to sign any paperwork to validate your guarantee. Your signed order is confirmation of your warranty.
How Do I Report a Fault or Damage to My Blinds?
In the unlikely event of your blinds developing a fault, you can contact us either by phone or email to register a fault claim. We aim to visit your home within three days of the fault being registered in order to assess the issue.
If this occurs within the first twelve months from the date of fitting, we will fix any defects for free. If it occurs outside this time period, we will charge a repair fee.
What Areas Do You Cover?
We’re based in Blaydon and cover the entire North East region of the UK. We have a showroom in Blaydon and another in Forest Hall, so if you can reach us we highly recommend a visit.
We also offer free home visits that can be sorted for a date and time of your choosing. If you live in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Gateshead, Darlington, or any of the surrounding areas, get in touch!
