Yes, as part of our commitment to customer service, we offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our products. Our blinds are individually tested so they reach you in perfect condition, but we’re happy to offer a guarantee for complete peace of mind.

There is no requirement to sign any paperwork to validate your guarantee. Your signed order is confirmation of your warranty.

In the unlikely event of your blinds developing a fault, you can contact us either by phone or email to register a fault claim. We aim to visit your home within three days of the fault being registered in order to assess the issue.

If this occurs within the first twelve months from the date of fitting, we will fix any defects for free. If it occurs outside this time period, we will charge a repair fee.

We’re based in Blaydon and cover the entire North East region of the UK. We have a showroom in Blaydon and another in Forest Hall, so if you can reach us we highly recommend a visit.

We also offer free home visits that can be sorted for a date and time of your choosing. If you live in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Gateshead, Darlington, or any of the surrounding areas, get in touch!

When scheduling an appointment, you’ll typically need to provide your name, contact information, reason for the appointment and preferred date and time.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another customer.

The installer will work in one room at a time to alleviate disruption, each area where the blind is to be installed will be inspected to ensure the blind fits correctly and the correct fixings are used. On completion the fitter will ensure the blind is working correctly and quality check it, to complete the installation the fitter will sweep / clean around the area.

The fitting time depends on the type, size, and location of the blind but typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes per blind.

Yes, someone must be present on the premises during the installation.

Yes, all Design Consultation home visits are free of charge and no obligation.

A deposit of 50% will be required before we place the order into production.

You will need to pay the fitting technician any outstanding balance once the fitting is complete.
