Major Shading Issues

The primary issue in the Orangery was the lack of effective shading solutions. The extensive roof area produced excessive brightness and heat, particularly during sunny days. This made the space uncomfortably warm and compromised the ambient charm Matfen Hall is known for.

To address this, our team conceptualised and designed custom solar protective coating (SPC) roof blinds. The design process involved meticulous consideration of the Orangery's unique architectural elements.
